BANK TRANSFERS/CASH PAYMENT AT THE COUNTER: Some customers prefer to walk to their local and pay cash at the counter and we are happy to accept a payment into our Barclays Bank account. CHEQUES/POSTAL ORDERS: Payments made using these methods are accepted, but please bear in mind we will only despatch goods once the funds are cleared. This could take up to five working days.

Fast delivery of your item is one of our main priorities. Your item will be posted once cleared funds are received. Mattresses are usually posted the same day (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holiday) if your payment is received by 10am. For weekend/bank holiday purchases, we aim to post your item the next working day. Although 99% of our goods are despatched within this timeframe, we ask you to allow 5 working days for goods to reach you, particularly bulky items. If you have any urgent or special requests, please call us. Please note that we are happy to ship to Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Isles, however an additional charge will apply. If you live in the following postcodes, please call us for a quotation before bidding or buying: IV, PA, ZE, PH and BT. Thank you. We sell only brand new items (**unless otherwise stated**). We take extreme care to ensure that goods are examined for damage before packaging and despatch. However, we understand that goods may be damaged in transit and in this case we offer a fast, replacement for any damaged item at our cost. We expect such incidents to be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery to enable us to process your replacement/refund as quickly as possible. If you are not happy with your item for any other reason, you may send it back to us in the original unassembled condition and packaging and get a refund less postage costs. If you would like us to collect the item via our couriers, we are happy to do this and reduce your refund by the collection cost. We want you to be delighted with your purchase and the service you receive and rely on repeat custom.
