Terms of Sale: We sell only brand new items. We take extreme care to ensure that goods are examined for damage before packaging and despatch. However, we understand that goods may be damaged in transit and in this case we offer a fast, replacement for any damaged item at our cost. We expect such incidents to be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery to enable us to process your replacement/refund as quickly as possible. If you are not happy with your item for any other reason, you may send it back to us in the original unassembled condition and packaging within 14 days,and get a refund less postage costs. If you would like us to collect the item via our couriers, we are happy to do this and reduce your refund by the collection cost. Payment: PAYPAL: Our preferred method of payment is Paypal. This is by far the most secure and quickest way to pay for goods. Please note that we are only able to ship to the address registered with Paypal. If you require delivery to an alternative address, please select one of the payment methods below. BANK TRANSFERS/CASH PAYMENT AT THE COUNTER: Some customers prefer to walk into their local branch and pay cash at the counter and we are happy to accept a payment into our Barclays Bank account. CHEQUES/POSTAL ORDERS: Payments made using these methods are accepted, but please bear in mind we will only despatch goods once the funds are cleared. This could take up to five working days. Shipping: Fast delivery of your item is one of our main priorities. Your item will be posted once cleared funds are received. Mattresses are usually posted the same day (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holiday) if your payment is received by 10am. For weekend/bank holiday purchases, we aim to post your item the next working day. Although 99% of our goods are despatched within this timeframe, we ask you to allow 5 working days for goods to reach you, particularly bulky items. Please note that we are happy to ship to Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Isles, however an additional charge will apply. If you live in the certain postcodes we reserve the right to charge a surcharge for delivery. In particular the following postcodes carry a surcharge so please call us for a quotation before buying: IV, PA, ZE, PH and BT.
